Ercüment Alptekin - Board Member

Ercüment Alptekin, born in 1956, started his career as production manager and then continued as factory manager in 1985 in steel industry. He worked as general manager at foreign trade sector till 2000 and started his career in retail management sector by working as shopping center manager at Orion Shopping Center located in Çorlu.  Following his successful management of Orion SC for three years, he transferred to Armada Shopping Center which also includes a business center within, in 2003. Being transferred to Alkas Shopping Centers Management and Consulting Company as general manager of the management department in 2007, Mr. Alptekin played an important role in business development and entering into the new markets in addition to his responsibility of the management processes, coordination, marketing and field operations. In April 2014, Mr. Alptekin started to work as property management director at Emaar Turkey and was responsible for the multiuse project which was planned to be structured approximately on 900.000 m2 land including a hotel, residence, shopping center and a business center. Having an undergraduate degree on metallurgical engineering form ODTÜ, Ercüment Alptekin has been the founder and the board member of Libra DLM which is a consulting company for Shopping Malls and retail sector in Turkey since December 2015.

Serkan Mamak - Director, Management

Serkan Mamak, born in 1978, was graduated from TED Ankara College in 1995 and Gazi University Mechanical Engineering in 2002. Between 2002 and 2004, he worked at Yüksel Proje Uluslararası A.Ş as control Engineer. Then he completed several projects as HSE lead engineer at ENKA for Phillip Morris extension project, Ramstore Shopping Mall project and Exxon Mobile Sakhalin offshore process facilities project. After ENKA, Mr. Mamak continued his career at Renaissance Construction as M&E site engineer, planning and cost control manager, M&E construction manager for two IKEA – MEGA projects and OZ Shopping Mall in different cities of Russian Federation which are totally more than 360,000 sqm GLA. At 2009, he started to work as an Operation Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle at İstanbul Cevahir shopping mall which is 110,000 sqm GLA. After that he started to work at headquarters of JLL as associate director who is responsible FM of shopping malls which are more than 1,000,000 sqm GLA. After 6,5 years JLL experience, he started to work as Facilities Manager for Emaar Square project. Emaar Square is an ongoing construction mix use project with 150.000 sqm GLA shopping mall, 47.000 sqm GLA offices and 1.000 residential units. Since March of 2016, Serkan Mamak is working as FM director at Libra DLM.
